With two exhibit halls, a variety of meeting rooms, The Grand Ballroom, Lakeview Terrace and Rooftop, Navy Pier is the perfect venue to accommodate all types of events-from wedding ceremonies and receptions to business meetings.

 

To assist you in your planning, Navy Pier Catering provides a variety of menus to accommodate any type of event.  Our executive chef and catering experts can also design customized menus to meet your specific needs.

Phil Stefani Signature Restaurants and Buona Restaurants partnered in 2004 to offer best-in-class dining to Navy Pier patrons. With over 60 years' experience between them, they bring together the perfect combination of excellent cuisine and attention to detail. With the ability to create most any food style and dishes from many nationalities, they can provide everything from simple meals to culinary masterpieces. But no matter your tastes, the consistent key ingredient is a memorable experience.

 

With offices and prep and service kitchens on-site, the partners ensure your food is not only exceptional, but it's prepared fresh and on time. Plus a manager is always available for consultation or assistance.

We specialize in helping your group to take advantage of some of the best events Chicago has to offer, and making them your own within our private space.

Wedding Ceremonies & Receptions

 

Navy Pier is the perfect venue for any wedding. Our tented rooftop terrace lets you dine under the stars with a spectacular view of the Chicago lakefront and skyline. On a lovely summer Saturday, your guests will enjoy a wonderful dinner, possibly topped off with your own private view of Navy Pier's fireworks (subject to scheduling).

 

For larger weddings, our Grand Ballroom is a one-of-a-kind location. An ornate 80-foot domed ceiling tops panoramic views of Lake Michigan. Navy Pier Catering offers a variety of all-inclusive wedding packages to suit your needs. We are also experienced in ethnic weddings, from Indian to Kosher and everything in between. Our Chef will provide a private tasting to select your menu, and our professional on-site catering experts will assist you every step of the way in creating an unforgettable experience, from the first kiss to the last dance.

Kosher Catering

 

Navy Pier Catering is proud to partner with Danziger, "The Ultimate in Kosher Catering", of Lincolnwood, Illinois. Danziger is the premier kosher caterer in the country, in business for over twenty years. Together we can create any menu to suit your needs for your wedding, bar or bat mitzvah, fundraiser gala, or other special celebration.

 

 

Ethnic Catering

 

Navy Pier Catering is proud to offer authentic Indian or Pakistani cuisine as part of your special celebration. We partner with a variety of local caterers, and menus can be served buffet-style or family-style and completely customized to your liking. We are always open to working with new partners, as long as they meet our requirements, and cuisine from a variety of other ethnicities may also be available.
